Our Infrastructure

We, at Anandmayee Forgings Pvt. Ltd., have a state-of-the-art shop facility where we manufacture close die forging mainly for high pressure, high precision and smooth flow quality of forgings. We have fully-furnished chemical, mechanical and physical lab for analyzing chemistry of each grade of steel and also carrying out tensile testing, impact testing, ultrasonic testing, magnaflux, micro and macro die, penetrant test, IGC test etc. We also have machining facility at the premises with sophisticated equipments and machines.

Our Quality

Quality testing is conducted at all stages of the manufacturing process. We also provide third party inspection such as Lloyd's, IBR, DNV, EIL etc. on party's request. Our products carry Indian and foreign standard recognition. We have the potential to produce forgings with smooth grain flow, close structure, good surface finishing with close dimension tolerance.
